Join the Essentials Economy – For Business Owners
An Invitation from United Consumers
We are inviting your business to join the infrastructure of our new economy.
Because we need to establish at least one market system in every region — owned by United Consumers — we want to first invite the privately owned businesses already operating in each area to join our infrastructure.
Here is what we can offer you:
Our Offer
We will determine a fair current market value for your business and provide a proposed payment schedule for that value.
Only those who agree to the determined value and the proposed payment schedule can begin the sales process for their business.
Those whose sales are completed in the order of consent may, if they wish, remain in a management role at the same business — under certain conditions.
The primary condition is this: the Triple-Stream Rule must be used for United Consumers’ profit share. Because at that point, ownership of your business transfers to United Consumers. (In other words, you and all other consumers become the owners of that business together.)
Many may choose to retire rather than take on a management role. In that case, it is important to let us know.
Your Business. Our Shared Future.
Join the Essentials Economy and become part of a new way of doing business — where profits return to the community, not distant shareholders.
We Are United Consumers
We are building a parallel economy — one that puts people before profit. We are establishing at least one community-owned market system in every region. And we want to start with you.
If you own a local grocery store, bakery, restaurant, or food business, we invite you to join our infrastructure.
You do not have to compete with us. You can become part of us.
What We Offer Business Owners
| What You Get | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Fair Market Valuation | We determine a fair price for your business based on its current value. |
| Flexible Payment Schedule | We provide a proposed payment plan that works for both sides. |
| Option to Stay On | If you wish, you can remain as manager — under agreed conditions. |
| A Legacy That Lasts | Your business becomes community-owned. Your name is honored. Your work continues. |
| A Dignified Exit | If you are ready to retire, you can. With a fair price and a clear process. |
The Triple-Stream Rule
How Profits Are Shared – The Triple-Stream Rule
This is the heart of the Essentials Economy. When your business becomes part of our infrastructure, profits are divided into three equal streams.
| Stream | Allocation | What It Funds |
|---|---|---|
| Growth Portion | 33.33% | 50% goes to the UCF (community capital fund). 50% is reinvested in the business. |
| Work Portion | 33.33% | 50% goes to management. 50% is distributed among employees. |
| Ownership Portion | 33.33% | 100% flows to the Citizen’s Dividend Fund — distributed equally among all consumers. |
Why This Matters:
- No distant shareholders.
- No hoarding of profits.
- The business grows. The workers earn. The community benefits.
