The current economy was built to serve exploitation, domination, slavery, and poverty. This is now clear to everyone.
Human beings are naturally self-interested. We want to showcase our qualities and abilities to the world. In that sense, it is natural for the wealthy to establish and maintain an economy that serves their interests.
But if humanity is to live peacefully on Earth, three realities must be given equal importance in the economy:
The Producer. The Distributor. The Consumer.
If these three are not given equal share, chaos is inevitable. Because if one deprives another, all three will suffer together. There is no doubt about this.
Today, we face the extreme reality where the consumer is always deprived.
Each of us carries all three roles within us. But when it comes to our individual lives, we severely neglect our collective role as consumers.
When selfish desires for personal consumption are fulfilled, we cannot think of others in society. This is a sign of animalistic behavior—or something even lower—that gives rise to exploitation, domination, and oppression.
If humans are truly intelligent beings, we must pay deep attention to protecting collective interest over individual interest. Where does individual interest need protection? Where does collective interest need protection? We need clear guidance for all of humanity.
This guidance is not a divine message we must wait for. If people feel the need to balance these three roles, they can create this guidance through their own intelligence.
The Triple-Stream Rule – Balancing the Three Pillars
This is exactly why the Essentials Economy uses the Triple-Stream Rule. It is designed to balance these three roles: Producer, Distributor, and Consumer.
We believe there is no alternative to this method for protecting collective interest today. Because in a world where all people live under an economy dependent on division and self-interest, it is extremely difficult to think about collective interest at the individual level.
Yet, since the wealthy and governments cannot take proper initiative to balance these three roles, ordinary people and small-to-large business owners who understand the importance of this issue can take responsibility themselves.
They can build new businesses, farms, and enterprises based on the Triple-Stream Rule.
Or, those who already have businesses—especially grocery stores, restaurants, and farms—can begin using the Triple-Stream Rule right where they are. There is no need to connect with anyone else to do this.
Remember: we need to build our UCF and GUCF only to provide financial support for this. If you can successfully provide the consumer’s rightful share using your own method, then you are already working to balance these three roles.
Otherwise, we are rapidly moving toward turning this Earth into a burning hell.
