It is now very clear to see that the current economy has severely damaged our minds and imprisoned us with negative energy, holding us tight.
It is clear to see, but not clear in our minds, that we are living in this world depending on each other without any trust.
It is clear to see how the system extorts us, punishes us without hesitation. No one has to feel any shame, because it is the system. But our minds are not ready to think of a better one.
It is clear to see that the current economy is finished and dead—when investors hold their money from risky investments, while people need to be rescued. Instead, they invest in technology that takes away our jobs, our homes, and even our food. But our minds are still not ready to take action. We comfort ourselves by complaining on social media.
It is clear to see how governments spend billions of dollars in tax money to bail out corporations and give it away to other countries to fight wars—instead of solving their own country’s crises. But still, our minds hesitate to involve ourselves in the one activity where we could bring our little money together and become collective investors.
It is so easy to think:
If 1 million people bring $50 every month into the UCF and collect their Patronage Points, we will have $50 million every month to invest in various businesses—including buying one or two grocery stores every month. We don’t need any individual investors or government help.
But now, our minds cannot comprehend that easy thinking because we cannot trust each other. This is what the old economy gave us: negative energy.
Now everything is controlled by negative energy. Anything we do in this current economy feeds that negative energy more and more. That is how we contribute to wars and extortion all the time—even though we know it is not right.
Now, how do we come out from this cycle of energy?
We must balance this negative energy with positive energy. It is like a lifeboat that is tilting to one side, weighed down by that negative energy. We have to go to the other side to earn positive energy and balance it. Otherwise, all our valuables slide down to the negative energy side, and eventually, our lifeboat will sink.
That is why, according to the situation, we designed the Essentials Economy’s first move toward positive energy: the Patronage Point. Anyone can collect it by simply purchasing food from a community-built grocery store.
But since we don’t have any grocery store yet, to buy or build one, we are asking everyone to bring $50 every month for 12 months and put it in the GUCF. This fund will buy as many grocery stores as possible to start UCF activity.
